I kinda forgot about this blog.
And I kinda forgot about myself.
I'm 15, almost 16. And I want to be thin more than anything.
Go on, judge me. I dare you.
I used to be thin: 5'6, 129 pounds, size 4.
Now I'm more like 5'6, 142 pounds, size 6 and sometimes (gulp!) 8 (gross).
Here's the goals.
-Back to my old self (129 lbs/size 4)
-fit into my old clothes (yeahh...there's a lot.)
Here's how.
-max 750 cals/day
-10 mins exercise/day for week one, increase 5 mins/day for subsequent weeks.
The time? 6 weeks. Yeah, it sounds insane, but I did it before. And I will do it again. So here we go.
